We have conducted a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing consulting practice since 1999. In that time we provided design services for buildings ranging from 5,000 to 125,000 square feet in size. The projects we have designed range in type from Office, Industrial, Institutional, and Club House facilities. The HVAC segment of these projects has ranged between $20,000 to $1,500,000. In addition to basic Design Services we also provide Energy Auditing Services and client solutions for Mechanical and Electrical systems that are underperforming with respect to original design criteria.

In 1967 I founded McHugh Service Company, a Commercial HVAC Design/Build and Service Company.  That business merged with the Service Division of Delmarva Power and Light in 1999.  We were a 55 employee HVAC Design / Build Company at that time, specializing in Service and Design / Build HVAC for the commercial market.  In our 32 years in that business we serviced and designed HVAC systems for hundreds of commercial buildings, ranging in value to $1,000,000, throughout the Delaware Valley area.
