Glenloch One- We provided a study for this 90,000 square foot office building in Malvern and the Water Source Heat Pump
System serving the building. We evaluated the service history of the building's HVAC and its operating performance since
construction in 1988. We were able to identify a number of HVAC system operational problems, along with a remedial action
for their solution. We also provided a specification for the ongoing maintenance of the heat pump system, along with corrective
steps necessary to bring the system in compliance with current standards and codes.
